There is an organisation called the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers
(10a Byard Lane, Nottingham NG1 2GJ, tel 0115-958-0585) who might be able
to help.

Also, there is a firm called Irwin Mitchell, who have offices in Sheffield
and Birmingham. I haven't dealt with them in connection with RSI, but I
they are acting for me in a medical negligence case, and I think very
highly of them. I know they do handle RSI cases. Their telephone number
in Sheffield is 0114-276-7777, address St Peters House, Hartshead,
Sheffield S1 2EL.

They found an excellent medical expert for my case, and I imagine they
also know medical experts to call upon for RSI. I had to pay the initial
costsi upfront, about =A32500, which covers things through the getting of t=
he
medical expert's reporti, then we are to consider how the case should be
financed from there on in, depending on the strength of the case (which of
course depends mostly on the expert's report). =20

I don't know whether the costs would be similar for RSI.
