I bought a rather neat pillow from America. The lower part is filled with
water to your desired firmness, then there is a softer upper layer that
prevents the water taking the heat from your head.

The beauty of this pillow is because it has a water base it instantly moulds
to your head regardless of how you sleep.

It cost me $45 in America (about £30), I haven't seen anything like it over
here (please correct me if I'm wrong). At £30 I thought it was a bargain.
