just quickly wanted to say YIPEE

i went for an initial meeting at my new job that i'm starting in september.
they showed me the computer they got for me. a 21 inch screen. wow ! i
said that i'd really like an ergonomic keyboard and the animax mouse, i've
been raving about on this list, and they said 'yeah, sure'. they even
asked if the chair was alright.

i was baffled. this after the problems i'm having at my other job (2
part-time jobs) where, until recently, i was working on a tiny laptop where
i couldn't get any of my special mice to work. and the chairs there are
horrific, some of them actually broken. but there's no money, i'm told.

that's a good start in a job when i have the feeling that the employer cares
