Yoga is OK, as long as you avoid the postures that cause discomfort.
For me, the Dog is a bit iffy, as it puts strain on the wrists. I
completely avoid the "Crow". I am sure the teacher won't mind if he
just sits quietly when those postures are being done in the class. Do
discuss with the teacher what the problem areas are - they will be
sympathetic I am sure.

I have found that the breathing/relaxation elements of Yoga practice to
be a great benefit.

Sorry to hear of the other difficulties.

Voice s.w - It *does* get better - but do follow the advice given in the
voice-users faw or similar webpages. (I'll supply the links if you don't
have them already).

Careers - its a common refrain isn't it? Perhaps "career adviser" is a
growth area we should consider!
