Hi

The HSE website address can be found at:

http://www.hse.gov.uk/hsehome.htm

You might find further clarification of this
there...although I expect few employers will report it
as it is admitting liability. However, I was once
told that RSI should be entered in the accident book
at work, and it should also be reported to the
company HSE committee/rep.

I reported mine to work's HSE committee and it was
officially minuted so should I ever need to take legal
action they can't say that they weren't aware of the
issue.

Regards

Kathryn
