Belated but hearty congratulations! (my attendance here is very erratic at the moment due to school holidays - a future pleasure for you :-)
I can't remember if you ever mentioned back problems, but pregnancy is a prime time for them to start so do take special care. I remember also getting numb/tingling hands a lot during pregnancy.
I hope it all goes really well - keep us informed.
